How do I sync blackberry email to my  office Outlook email?

 I have several folders already set up in Outlook.  

Will that translate onto the mobile version on the blackberry?

Sync blackberry email to Outlook

By using Blackberry Desktop Manager Software in your PC, you’ll be able to synchronize Blackberry email and email Outlook in PC.

Appointments and Tasks in your Outlook PC can also be synchronize with Blackberry Calendar.  

Blackberry Desktop Manager Software is a free software from Research in Motion (IM) company.

1.  Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click Email Settings.

2.  Click the General tab.

3.  In the Folder Redirection section, select the Selected folders option.

4.  Click Choose Folders.

5.  In the Choose Folders window, expand the folder that receives new email messages.

6.  Select the folder that receives new email messages and any additional folders to be redirected to the BlackBerry smartphone.

7.  Click OK.
