Hi,
I keep getting a system error code when I reboot my PC. Here is the full error:
“STOP: C000021A {Fatal System Error}.
Windows log on process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.”
I’ve looked for an answer over the internet, but all I can seem to find is people with the problem when they start up there PC, not on reboot. I can start simple enough, it’s only when I reboot. If it helps I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3.
Help me with Windows XP reboot error
Hi,
Did you try repair first, operating system using Windows XP CD? If not, try to repair first, if it doesn't working. I think the problem is hardware not the operating system. Almost common problem for that error is hardware.
Here is the first step: unplug the power of the computer, and then remove computer case. Locate the memory and remove it. If you have spare memory, try to change.

Help me with Windows XP reboot error
These kinds of issue due to some program file are corrupt, virus attack, and memory card defect. All of this can cause system error. To solve this kind of errors you must check your memory card first. If you have extra memory card try to insert it into the memory RAM, then after inserting, start your computer; if the error is gone, the problem was with your memory card.
If that issue is not resolved, you must download the Registry Cleaner software, to scan the registry of your system and if it does not resolve the issue, the last option is to reinstall your Windows and make a new installation of Windows system. Thank you, hope it helps.
