Hi, there is no exact answer about your question. It depends actually to the Internet Service Provider that you subscribed too. There are a lot of ISPs all over the world; that includes Time Warner Cable, ATT, Verizon, Comcast and a whole lot more. It is the ISP who manages traffic of the web data that computers receive depending to how many subscribers they have and to the level of services that they subscribed to. The speed of the Internet is also based on the speed limit provided by the ISP. For further information, you may also ask your ISP.
