Hello Ally,

When I installed the OneNote application in my operating system, it worked fine for a while. All of a sudden I am getting this ‘application error, could not read’ error message. What should I do to rectify this error? Why it is not working? Previously saved mails are not there, it is crashed? Help please.

The instruction at 0x777708c5 referenced memory at 0xffffffff. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Well, by going through your problem it seems that the most common cause of this error is that there may be some background applications that are interfering. So, disable any background application that is running. Also, disable any system modifications. Next, try to update your system. Finally, try to fresh install the OneNote application again.
