Media Playback Error playing protected content

Hi trouble shooters,

Having problem with media player or with system configuration? Not sure because I am not able to play my videos. I made some changes in system’s hardware like webcam, upgraded my hard disk and some increased speed. And also I upgraded my media player to new version. Because of these changes am I getting this error? How to solve this error? In any way license is corrupted? Help please.

Media Playback Error playing protected content

Hello,

Silverlight is a powerful player. Here are the steps to solve this issue.

1. Download and run Microsoft Fix it.

2. Restart your browser, clean all data by pressing “Ctrl + Shift + Del”.

• Right-click on the error message and select “Silverlight”.
• Click on “Playback” tab.
• Make sure that you have enabled downloading updates and components required for protected content playback. Check the box.
• Click “OK”.

4. Download and install the latest Silverlight.
