Hi there,
I need help with my Firefox. Everytime I open 3 or more tabs with my Firefox,  the reading slows down and then hangs up. When I tried to click the tab that I opened, it cannot be clicked anymore. So, I need to close the Firefox window and reopen it. Can you help me with my problem?
Firefox hangs when opening 3 or more tabs
Good day Bluendyel08,
Your problem is due to the cache management of Firefox' offline storage. As you use Firefox, eventually its offline storage gets full and there's no space to store the offline data and stuffs. So, your Firefox later hangs or freezes from time to time. I tried this and it fixed the problem. I assumed you have opened Firefox right now? Just click on Tools >Options > Advanced>Network>Offline storage>click on override automatic cache management and put 1024 or higher depending on your RAM installed. Click ok and exit Firefox. Â Then, try opening Firefox again. You can change the numbers later as it fits. I also added a picture procedure to make it easy to follow.

Firefox hangs when opening 3 or more tabs
To fix this problem, you need to use the button of switchproxy. You can also disable it to see if hanging is prevented.Â
-
At the top of the Firefox menu, click on the tool menu and then click on add-ons
-
Choose the extension panel and the list of uninstalled extensions will be displayed
-
After that, choose the switch proxy tool, and disable it.
-
At the top of the Firefox window, click the button on Firefox (file) and then choose exit. You can also clear Firefox history. With all of this, you might be able to prevent the hanging of Firefox.
-
On clear Firefox history, click the button on Firefox on the top, select history and then clear history.
I hope my solution will help you.
