Alias SketchBook Pro fails to open

Hello,

I have Alias Sketchbook Pro and it was working fine until about two days ago. Today, I tried opening it as always and it didn’t open up instantly as it does usually. The palettes took longer to load and then all of a sudden I get the error message as shown in the screen capture below in a screen full of stripes. I am using Intel iMac G5 with Snow Leopard. I have already scanned for viruses and did not find anything. What else could be causing the issue? Did anyone else face this same issue? Please share your ideas to work out a fix for this problem. Thanks in advance.

Alias SketchBook Pro fails to open

Well, let me tell you that there is a possible that an Os update may cause this kind of behaviour. What you do is go to user—library—application support—alias—alias sketchbook pro and then rename the folder to any name. Or try to make a new folder with a different name and then work.
