How to repair Adobe Error 2739?

I was trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS3 when I got this error and stop me from installing it on my computer. I am running Windows Vista 32-Bit Operating System. The setup has encountered an error so it cannot continue. I run into safe mode and still got the same error.

I restarted my system and tried the installation again but it didn’t work. I need someone who knows how to fix Error 2739 from Adobe.

Please send me some help. Thanks a lot.

How to repair Adobe Error 2739?

This is a common problem when you install Adobe software products on your computer. This is commonly because the jscript.dll is not correctly registered on your system and stops your PC from reading the file that needs to run.

Cause of Error 2739:

The Error 2739 is typically caused when your system was unable to correct a process on a particular file and settings needed to help perform the installation of any software from Adobe.

To fix this on your Windows Vista 32-Bit follow the steps below:

1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories.
2. Point the mouse pointer to command prompt then right-click it.
3. Select Run as Administrator.
4. Go to C:WindowsSystem32.
5. Type regsvr32 jscript.dll then press enter.
6. Click OK when the dialog box when this message appears: DllRegisterServer in jscript.dll succeeded.
7. Try to install the Adobe Photoshop CS3 again.
