Getting not authorized to access message with iTunes Store

Hi Pro,

When I try to play the iTunes Radio, it’s giving me an error. For your information, I was signed in iTunes when I got this error message. So after this error message I re-launce the iTunes. But still I am getting this error. How to get rid of this error? Someone can help me please.

Error:

We could not complete your iTunes Store request. You are not authorized to access the requested resource.

There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.

Hey Neal,

There are a number of solutions that you can use to get rid of this error message. Once again, authorize your computer in iTunes, even if it was already authorized. You are going to get a message saying that it was authorized already, but the good thing is that the glitch or the error message will have been fixed. You can also open iTunes and go to the top right corner and hit “preferences” then go to “parental” and hit iTunes radio. Additionally, you can go to your iTunes payment settings and update the info on your credit card. I hope this information helps.
