I am running a Linux Mint operating system and I cannot seem to get the RSTP running in firefox. I am looking for suggestions on rtsp codec fire fox linux. I am looking for ways to decode the RSTP. I got the live streaming using Firefox 9 but I can't seem to get it running.

Ways to rtsp codec fire fox linux

For getting the RSTP running in Firefox on Linux Mint operating system you should add the RSTP protocol as a new entry by adjusting the configuration settings in Firefox explorer.

For adding RSTP entry:

1)  Type about::config.

2)  Select new -> string.

3)  Enter "network.protocol-handler.app.rtsp".

4)  Enter "/usr/local/RealPlayer/realplay".

RSTP should be running on Firefox now and you won't face any problems.
