I understand that to export lotus organiser calendar to google mail you have to use a software, apart from what you are currently using. I have AweSync to synchronize my lotus calendar with my google calendar. The problem is that, not all the data from my Lotus Organizer is copied to google. What could possibly be wrong with that?

Your problem is that, you cannot copy  all the data from your Lotus Organizer  to Google. You encounter some problem. Actually direct export of  lotus organizer calendar to Google mail is impossible. There are some tricks which you can use to avoid problem. The tricks are discuss below. You should use Microsoft Outlook to do that. At first you have to export Lotus Organizer files to Microsoft outlook calender. After that export the file to Google calendar. By this process you can solve your problem.
