I am trying to set up CRM IFD then I tried to reconfigure ADFS 2.0 Federation Server but the error appears during the process. I don't know what this means. Can someone please help me?

The website was not reinstalled on configuring AD FS 2.0

Hello,

This error is very troublesome as it doesn’t go away so easily. In order to fix this issue, you have to follow the followings:

1. Start Command Prompt.

2. Run the following commands:
C:WindowsSystem32inetsrvappcmd delete app “Default Web Site/adfs/ls”
C:WindowsSystem32inetsrvappcmd delete app “Default Web Site/adfs/card”

3. Restart your system.

Now you should be easily able to recreate the Federation Service on IIS.
