QuickBooks Pro 2011 install Problems

I'm installing Quickbooks Pro 2011 on a Windows XP desktop. Each time I start the install I get an error:

"NETWORK ERROR OCCURRED WHEN ATTEMPTING TO READ FROM FILE E:QBOOKSMSXML[1] MSE" then I get "FATAL ERROR MSI 1603".

QuickBooks Pro 2011 install Problems

Try copying the contents of the cd to a new folder in your desktop and run the setup file from that folder. You may also try to download the software and install at https://camps.intuit.com/app/selfservice/index.html?pagecontext=products .

QuickBooks Pro 2011 install Problems

Currently downloading the installer off the internet, seems like my CD is busted, might call support to have it replaced as well.
