How do I block seagate annoying popup registration on my Google Chrome browser so as to avoid losing track of my online activities every time the popup emerges?

Yes, it is really disturbing for work. You need to change "Content setting" of your browser; block third-party cookies and site data. Do it step by step:

1. Run Google Chrome Internet browser;

2. Click to "Wrench Icon" from right top side (follow the red marks of all images);

3. Go to "Setting";

4. Click to "Show advanced settings" pop-up button;

5. Choose "Content settings";

6. Now change cookies settings and choose "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" and Tic to; Block third-party cookies and site data.
