I just bought my new Logitech cam, and while trying to install it I just receive the following error.

Any solution?

Hi James Belt, 

 

Hope that my message finds you well, 

 

First of all you should check the compatibility of your PC/Labtop OS with the camera if it is compatible then use the CD that comes 

with the package and follow the steps. 

 

If this is does not work make sure to uninstall the setup and then try again. 

 

In some times some you will be not able to complete the setup because some other programs interrupt the setup like Skype so make sure that you are not signing in or you are using such like this programs during the setup.
