How can I access office
Hi,
First of all, to be able to access Microsoft Office you must have a version of Microsoft Office installed onto your Computer/Laptop. The versions available for installation are MS 2003/2007/2010 and the new MS 2011 beta version.
Once you have one of the available versions installed onto your Computer/Laptop, you can run Microsoft Office by simply double clicking on the “Shortcut” on your desktop that was made available after installation. If no shortcuts were installed onto your desktop you can run Microsoft Office by clicking on the “Start” button which by default can be found on the lower left hand corner of the screen on the task bar, it has a Windows logo on it.
After clicking the start button a popup screen will appear, click on “All Programs” then click on Microsoft Office. From there a list of available Microsoft Office programs will be displayed. Simply click on which program you wish to run.
Summary:
Step 1: Click Start Button
Step 2: Click on All Programs
Step 3: Click on Microsoft Office
Step 4: Click on whatever Microsoft Office program you wish to run.

Johnyboy

If you want or need to use an Office application like Microsoft Office Word or Microsoft Office Excel, you need to install a version of Microsoft Office suite like Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2010, and so on. Microsoft Office is not included when you install the Microsoft Windows operating system.
It is a separate package that you need to buy and install. In the past years, you need to purchase your copy of Microsoft Office before you can use it but today, Microsoft offers a free version online without the need to install it offline on your computer. The free Microsoft Office online offers the following applications:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- OneNote
- Sway
- Outlook
- People
- Calendar
- OneDrive
- Forms
- Skype
As a prerequisite, you need to have a Microsoft account to login. Go to the Free Microsoft Office Online home page or go directly to the Microsoft Office Home page.
