Hi,
Actually each of the game have different requirements for play or run it in computer. It depends on the method of programming from the game publisher. But most of the game publishers think to make a game for all. So they try to make it for low configuration pc. Even some types of game have excellent video and sound quality as the user choice. And then the requirements to the play that game certainly upgraded.
So if you upgrade your computer memory, i think you will not get your expected result. You should have upgraded video or graphics card too in your pc for able to play all kinds of game without any restriction.
Thanks
Your computer’s RAM has nothing to do with your video card although they are partners when running applications. You can run high resolution games even without upgrading to DDR4 SDRAM but running a computer without a video card I think that’s not possible. Your computer will not run if you don’t have a video card installed on the CPU.
Your computer will run even without connecting a monitor on the video port of the CPU as long as it has a video card, there will be no problem. But running a computer without installing a video card won’t be possible. You will only hear series of beeps telling you that something is missing from the CPU.
This is the same with RAM. Try removing the memory card from the slot and turn on the CPU, you will only hear beeps. I don’t think there are still motherboards nowadays that don’t offer built-in video card. So I’m sure your computer surely has a video card in it. If you want to upgrade your RAM to DDR4, make sure your board is compatible.
Memory cards are created different from one another and this is by version. DDR1 is different from DDR2, DDR2 is different from DDR3, and son.
