Well there is one Invoca3 Voice Activated Remote which can control your TV but it will cost you some money.

You can check that with Amazon.com the price and related info.

Apart from that Google said voice activated application coming soon.

This remote controls your TV,VCR,DVD players,satellite systems and cable.

Hi Kenneth,

Unfortunately,there are not free voice controlled application for TV are there on the web however you can get one as you need to buy.

For this you need to buy a voice activated IR remote.

Though there is some good option that you can check if you need activated app for your mobile phone.
