Steps to Improve Virtual Memory of Computers

I recently noticed that my computer has been really slow.

I need to restart it every time this happens. It makes me frustrated especially if I am on the middle of a very important work.

Are there any suggestions that I can do to make my computer works faster?

I think the problem is on its virtual memory.

Can anybody here help me identify possible source of problems and solutions for this issue?

Steps to Improve Virtual Memory of Computers

The solution of your problem:

1. Click the right the button of your mouse on My computer icon

2. Then selected the properties 

3. Click Advance settings

4. In the performance cycle click settings

5. Click advance in the new window 

6. Click change then you will see at the bottom of that "total paging file size for all drives"

7. Select custom size as your drives offer for paging file size, that would depend on the drive's free space available

8. The paging file size can't be exceed the 4024 Mb size. So, you have to decide whether you choose 1024 or 2024 Mb size as virtual ram.

Most important: the paging size will be working as a virtual ram along with your physical ram present.

Steps to Improve Virtual Memory of Computers

Yes, you can make your computer quicker or faster by increase your pc's exclusive storage volume. Here following the tips to make your PC faster:

• At first choose Start Option which is situated at the area of your monitor
• Now press on Control panel
• Then choose Efficiency and Servicing, and then choose System.
• Now select Innovative tab, and then select Configurations.
• Now choose Modify.
• Now select your drive where you want to give storage volume.
• Then customize the volume level and increase your virtual storage for boost your computer speed.
• Finally choose Set
• And then reboot your computer for adjust that settings.

I edited the volume level in the virtual storage as stated.

Now my computer is at moderate speed.
