How will I know if a particular e-mail that has just landed in my inbox contains a virus?

Are there any programs that I can integrate in my e-mail client to automatically blocked virus infected e-mails?

I am using Outlook Express and Gmail.

Determining Virus Infected E-mails in my Inbox

A virus is a program that attaches its self with any software such as email or other and it tries to make your system disable. There are many kind of virus that can infect your computer in many ways. If you have a antivirus program then it helps you to check each and every email that comes to your PC and if some virus is found in your system then it automatically tells you about that virus.

If you are not using any anti virus program then you can judge it your self once your computer speed is down or some error message comes to your screen then you need to check for virus. The best way to check for virus is the use of antivirus program.
