Recover password in ms word

A month ago, I made report using Microsoft Word. Because the report is very confidential, I am setting Password in that document. And now i want add report in that document, but I forget the password. Is there any way to reset or get my password back?

Recover password in ms word

There is a way on how to reset a password in Microsoft Word. If you forgot your Microsoft Word password there are a few options for you to retrieve or reset it. To remind you of your password, click the "Hint" icon beside the password entry window to reveal the hint word, phrase or sentence you created when you set the password.

Should the hint be ineffective in refreshing your memory, you will need to reset your password by following a few simple steps.

1. Click in the password box and press "ENTER"

2. Click "USE your password reset disk"

3. Click "NEXT" when the Password Reset Wizard begins.

4. Insert your password reset disk or flash memory key drive into your disk drive or USB port, respectively.

5. Type a new password in the "Type a new password" box and type it again in the confirmation box.

6. Type a password hint into the "Type a new password hint" box.

7. Click "NEXT"

8. Click "FINISH" to reset your Microsoft word Password.

Recover password in ms word

There is no proper manual process to recover the password except but using the tools and utility software's can do the work for us.
