Errors found when play Xbox games online

when i play xbox games online i found an error message e71 and series of red lights on the console? how to resolve the problem?

Errors found when play Xbox games online

Hi Richard Brown,

Thanks for sharing yourproblem, I'd  be glad to help you find a solution. E71 is a dashboard error because of an update of the Xam.xex.  Follow the steps below to clear installed game updates and cache.

 

1)Go to the system blade

2)Select memory

3)Press Y

4)Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

5)A question will appear

6)Select Yes

7)Turn off the consle

8)Press and hold the sync button while holding this press the power button to turn on the console

9)continue to hold the sync button until the console has booted completely

10)After it has booted the console should have cleared any failed updates and operate normally
