My voice will feedback while on call
Reasons for getting echo while talking with Skype can be a few. I don't see in your question is that happening only when you talking with one person or happens always. That would be helpful to know so I can answer properly. That's why I'll give you a list of possibilities.
The problem may not be on your side but other person's computer. If echo is generated there, there's nothing you can do but to ask that person to solve problems with the system he/she using. To make sure the problem is there, ask the person you calling to mute microphone for a while and you continue to speak. If you don't get an echo, then the problem is there and not on your system.
The second reason can be your microphone which maybe picks up the audio from the speaker. Make sure you checked Echo Cancellation in configuration.
If your problem started after you upgraded Skype, then maybe you should try again with the old version and maybe that solves the problem.

Hello dear,
It seems that your internet connection or network is slow or corrupted. Whenever the network is busy, then our calls have problems. We hear our voice but after a while, it cuts out. Some older versions of Skype also have this problem. If you want to overcome this problem, first check that your network connection is it working well, and that there is not any conflict anywhere. Now, update your Skype, and the problem will be gone. If you simply do not want to hear your own voice on your headphones, then type “sndvol32” in Run, and mute the Mic volume. Thanks.
