The application failed during registration

Good Day to all,

I am asking for some advice on what went wrong in this scenario. I am using an application that provides remote control software. It is called RealVNC. When I am on the process of registering the application, I receive an error that my registration is not recognized.

RealVNC free- The option to –register was not recognized. Use –help to see VNC Viewer usage.
 
I am wondering, why I got such error message as I can even connect to their web site and this free software I installed for registration was downloaded from their site. I don't have any idea now, what is the reason for this error message.

Hello Nielsmel,

Your problem is generic one and the only this type of error appears when there is a problem with the software. I simply want to tell you that whatever software you downloaded is not accurate or may be there are some missing files in it.

So if you want to fix your problem then I strongly recommend you to don’t download any type of software from those sites which you are not sure about and always try to download software from authentic and authorized websites.

The advantage for this is that you never face any type of problem and also there is no any verification required for that software. So your problem is that you can now download it again but make sure that firstly you can remove all of the previous files of that software. It’s better if you download that software directly from the site of that application.
