Computer running slow opening files, browsing and downloading

Please help me to fix my problem. My computer is slow running when I am opening files especially when I starting browsing and downloading. I hope to find the best solution here.

You know, most of the issues for that is spyware and viruses. Check and scan your computer with anti-virus every time you log in, especially if you were downloading any program. Delete spyware and virus. If you don’t have anti-virus, it easy to download for free.

But sometimes the computer being slow it cause by many files saved. Please check also the memory run time bites of your computer. Also delete the files in your recycle bin. I hope it helps this to fix your problem.

Oh, I have an experience before in that case. I usually prepared and regular maintenance like deleted my unused files. And checking the various sections of my system. You can do it too.

Now I know some causes of slow running the computer. Like somebody said that it sometimes cause by virus. By the way thank you very much to share your ideas.
