Recently i am fetching of a great problem. When i turn on my computer i can see that CPU is running.
CPU front LED indicates red and blue signals. But no display in monitor. I am sure monitor and the line of it is okay.
I message is shown at that time in the display "No input signal found" .
But i am sure the VGA cable is properly connected with the monitor and CPU VGA port.
What i have to do to solve the problem?

As per the post this is very clear that CPU is working fine and VGA cable is properly connected.
I too have faced this problem so many times, the only solution for this can as per the following factors.

Have you cross checked this VGA cable by connecting it to any other monitor. Connecting properly doesn't give the solution but it should work fine.

Replace the VGA cable and check once.

Check for the male port sticks are not damaged or broken down.

Check the resolution of the monitor with Auto mode while the system is booting up.

Also try with another monitor, because monitor can also be faulty sometimes,

Hardware problem on my computer
“No Input Signal message” error message can be caused by any of the below mentioned possibilities.
Monitor not connected properly or bad hardware or to be very specific bad video card.
Verify and make sure that your monitor is properly connected in the back of the monitor as well as to the back of the computer.
If your are sure that monitor appears to be connected properly, then verify that a cable is not loose. You can verify this by disconnecting all cables that can be disconnected in the back of the monitor. After this try to disconnect the data cable connected to the back of the computer and then reconnect the data cable. Make sure that cable connections are not lose at all, and tightly fixe. Most Computer systems have screw ends that can be screwed in to hold the connector in place.
Try to test what component is bad either connect a different monitor to your computer or connect your monitor to some different computer(CPU).
If another monitor works on your computer it is likely a bad monitor.
Lastly try to check if your monitor works on another computer it is likely a bad video card. And troubleshoot the bad video card to determine if it is the video card that is the problem in all this scenario.
