FLSnet Licensing error -5,357 in launching CSS

Hi all.

I am faced with an error while trying to work with my CCS and it is given by the license, which is shown below this text.

I checked the Help Menu, under Licensing Options and I browsed the license TI gave me, but the error pops-up, if I click OK (this when I am debugging).

Reason

No such features exist.

FLSnet Licensing error -5,357 in launching CSS

The product stops working because of licensing issues.

At this time you cannot use this product. You must fixture the difficulty by uninstalling and then reinstalling this solution or contacting your IT executive.

It is not essential to re-install the program as advised by the occurrence; it could be a parfait FLEXNet Licensing Care problem, which can easily be resolved as described as do the followings:

1: Click on Start, then on Run and type “services.msc”, press enter.

2: Head to FLEXnet Licensing Service and allow it as shown below:

3: Reset your system and launch the application.
