access to that directory.

As I read on the error, it is pointing out to a right, as I checked on my user rights, I am using an administrator account, by this I am wondering what might be the cause of this error message, please share some thoughts that will give me a guide in solving this issue, thanks.
Error 1310: Unable to uninstall application
Solve
Hello Mr. Helentroy,
I read your problem. But I Think this is not a very critical problem. Now I try to give some workable solution for your problem. Please read the below solution and work step by step then I think you will cover up the problem.
It does not make any problem for your computer. The error message just reminds you that you have no permission to uninstall an application. Having the you could not uninstall an application because your account is controlled by an administrator. And only the administrator can uninstall the application.
Not only to uninstall an application but also to install an application you do not have the rights to do this. For that error message you do not have to wonder its not make any problem. At the next time if you want to uninstall an application then if the message show again you just select ‘Retry’ if it is done then ok or if it is not then select ‘Cancel’. By doing this it does not make any bad effect for your computer.
I think now you understand the matter. And do not wonder if you found any error message just do the following job you can overcome your problem.

-
The error 1310 is a common error in all Windows.

It always caused by the missing file system or one system setting or the damaged registry files.
-
Go to task manager by pressing ctrl+alt+del if any application is not responding click end task. Then run the registry scan and other system problems to check for errors.

If you have 90% it mean that problem is fixed.
2-Second solution
Checking registry errors
-
Open Run in Start menu.
-
Tape msiexec/unreg in the box and click ok button.
-
Click on check errors button and that restart the computer.
