My computer is running properly with Windows Vista RAM 2 GB. Sometimes, when I try to open some application an error message appears on the screen, "physical memory is too low, unable to execute the operation". Â But after restart all is okay.
Why  am I fetching this kind of message?
Physical memory is too low showing but why?
The mentioned error indicates the incompetence of you RAM. Mostly this problem occurs when your RAM is weak and you use the computer for a longer time and are running different programs.  Some programs keep  running even after you stop using it. So to keep a check of your programs, which you using and which you not using, you have to keep an eye on your Task Manager. Simply right click on those applications, which you not using and select, End Process to shut down those programs permanently.
Secondly, you should increase your cache memory, to maximum so you can avoid this problem in future.

Hey Callyex,
If you are using system for personal use then 2GB memory is good enough, until and unless the system has some kind of virus which is overloading the RAM. Scan the system with some good antivirus. But in case of professional use it may be not sufficient enough. Especially when you are using some multimedia, databases or gaming software. In such case put least load on the system when any of such software is running. Don’t open video or image files in parallel to them. This will ease your system and problem will not occur.Â
Hope for your nice time.
