Hi,Â
I'm using banglalink unlimited internet. Some friend is telling me that it's actually limited and the company is lying. I get a bit slower internet speed in the last 1 or 2 days of the week can you tell me why is this happening?
Banglalink internet’s real data limit
Hi,
If you have chosen an unlimited plan from the Banglalink, definitely they will provide the service. Your internet speed is slowing down because after using a certain limit, they will slow down your internet connection speed. It doesn’t mean that internet is not unlimited. You can still use your internet with reduced speed. Please contact Banglalink customer care to know the download limits and the connection speed confirmation.

Banglalink internet’s real data limit
Hello,
Yes, your friends are right. Banglalink P2 package (aka unlimited) is actually giving you a limited amount of service. They give you 3 gigabyte data limit per week. Their internet speed is very slow that is why users normally cannot cross this limit. However, it is the best and fastest mobile internet in Bangladesh until government gives permission to non-government phone companies to provide 3G network.
At the end of the week, if you almost ran out of your limit by using this internet on your computer with an EDGE modem, they throttle your internet speed so that you cannot cross the limit of 3 GB.
Therefore, you are using more than 12 GB per month, which is the best offer from any other mobile internet service providers in Bangladesh in such cheap rate of price.
Hope this information helps. Thanks for asking such important question for Bangladeshi mobile internet users in TechyV.com.
