Cannot launch Hellgate: London game after updating

Hello experts.

I just updated my Hellgate: London game client.  After updating, all I find this strange error message.  See the gibberish on the error box below:

Also, I am not able to start the game in any way.   Then I uninstalled it and again installed the game.  I also tried restarting my PC, but it didn't do anything.  I don't know what to do now.  Need your help. Thanks in advance.

Those are very odd symbols you got there. I am not sure if the problem is somewhat like corrupted files of the game client since you already uninstalled and then reinstalled it. Since the game client is already not functioning might as well uninstall it completely. Update your antivirus then run a full system scan on your computer. If nothing was found after scanning your computer, you may want to check it for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities or Norton SystemWorks.

Install the game client again and then apply the updates. If after updating it that odd message appeared again, uninstall it again then install the original game client but don’t apply any updates. I think you need to send a message to the game’s support about your problem when updating the client.
