My CPU fan gives so much noise
I must say you should take some immediate action. You must clean all the dusts from your processor fan & you must clean all the fans in cpu i mean to say the cooling fans. If your cooling fans are too old you must change those fans & get some new fans, cause otherwise your CPU will be over heated & that can make some serious problems with your PC. But at first try cleaning your processor fans & if you have any additional video cards associated with your CPU you must clean them also.
I hope this measures can fix your problem & help you to find that your CPU fan noise reduced.
Thank you
Regards

Try to perform the following:
1. Clean the dusts in your CPU fan and the power supply fan.
2. If the noise is still there, replace the CPU fan or the power supply. Do not try to open your power supply unit. Just replace the fan if needed.
3. Fans will usually gets louder if you overuse your computer as it get hotter also. Move your computer to a cooler place.
