Hi Tech Savvy,

After the successful upgrade of Windows operating system, I tried to install the Microsoft Office Web Apps server 2013 but it failed. In the middle of the process, I encountered an error during setup. I did not see anything wrong while download and installation. To my knowledge, everything looks perfect to me. Please help to install this office product in the computer. Thanks.

Hello,

Here are the ways to troubleshoot your issue.

First, try to repair the installation of Office Web Apps.

1. Go to Start menu >> Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features.
2. Find out Office installation, right-click and select “Repair”.
3. Follow the wizard.

Also, make sure that Office Web Apps is installed on every server in the SharePoint Farm and run PSConfig on all servers.
