Can you tell me why you need to create newsletter form? Is it for your own sites or Word press?

I have used plug-in “newsletter” which was worked perfectly. So, you can use plug-in. There are lot of plug-in you can use.

To create newsletter, you should choose a reliable newsletter distribution.
