I need to edit WMV audio using my computer running Windows 7. What is the best application or software should I use? Where can I download it? Any better Ideas? Thanks.

Hi Mr. Peter,

As you know windows media video, it is a compressing video and audio format produced by Microsoft has a great advantages like consuming much little space with no different in video quality. I agree with you editing WMV files and saving them for sharing and transferring data is a good idea. For this you need a software to be downloaded in your computer. How to edit WMV audio using computer?

Hi Peter,

 

Since you are trying to edit WMV and it came from Microsoft, then the best editor for that is what came with Windows 7 which is Windows Live Movie Maker. The program is free and is what is best for the file format. 

 

If budget is not an issue, you can go for Sony Vegas v.9 or Adobe after effects. Another good editing software is Pinnacle Studio which doesn't really cost that much.
