Compatibility issue with Virtual PC and Firefox

Hi,

My virtual has encountered a problem with Firefox. While opening it with Firefox, it directs a compatibility issue. However, Internet Explorer works well. Even Firefox does not support large images. Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

Compatibility issue with Virtual PC and Firefox

Hi,

You are receiving this error message because the Firefox installed on your computer is not compatible. I hope that you are using an older version of the Firefox browser on your computer. I suggest you to update the Firefox to the latest version, which is free of cost.

When you have installed the latest version the issue should be fixed. If not, try resetting the internet settings on your computer. This should definitely fix the issue.

Compatibility issue with Virtual PC and Firefox

Hi Jai,

                Check whether your Flash player is updated on the browser, since your application may be using a more updated flash version that is why when you open the website Firefox reports an error message. However, if I may suggest you can also use other browser like Internet Explorer or Chrome this came with a built in flash player so you don’t need to worry about any compatibility issue.
