Nokia PC Suite Failure to Connect to the Internet

Hello,

I installed Nokia PC Suite successfully. However, while navigating a site I have failed to connect it. I do not know the reason behind the issue. Is it a problem with the software Nokia PC Suite? I do not know the matter.

Please help me to solve the problem.

Nokia PC Suite Failure to Connect to the Internet

Hi,

I can help you fix the issue with Nokia PC suite on your computer. Please make sure you have the following things checked.

>>Make sure your phone supports a GPRS or 3G connections.

>>Check if you have a valid data plan for your phone to browse the internet.

>>Make sure your Nokia phone is correctly connected with your computer.

>>Please check if other features are working fine on your Nokia PC Suite. Check if it is reading your memory card in the phone.

>>Make sure you have the latest version of the Nokia PC suite and check if the program is compatible with your operating system

If the above steps do not help, I suggest you to download the Nokia OVI suite from the official Nokia website. This will fix your issue.
