There is nothing the users can do because the backup does not give the specific problem for the error message.

What is the solution for this problem?

The backup did not complete successfully

This error occurred on computers running eTrust antivirus software. Excluding zip files from being scanned or disabling eTrust solves the problem. Contact with the Antivirus vendor and update you antivirus version. If you don’t have any new version you can remove antivirus from your pc, but that is not perfect solution. So use latest version Antivirus and update it always.

Hey there Gracekmakris,

This error message says the hexadecimal format employed by Microsoft Windows to be compatible with software programs and driver suppliers. This certain code 0xC00000EA is used by mehcad to ascertain the error made which is usually a result of Microsoft Windows system data file malfunction (which in your case, backup). Missing system entries are often very serious and can be a relative hazard to your computer's health. To fix this here's the steps:

1. Log in as administrator

2. Click on "Get Started" button > select "All Programs" > Accessories > Tools > System Restore

3. A new window will pop up and then click "Restore my system to a previous period", click next

4. Choose the latest date and then "click a restore point" listing.

5. Click "Next" to confirm actions

6. Restart your computer/laptop when restoration finished.
