I just installed Exchange 2010 on my PC with Windows XP and I have this error when I try to connect to EMC Exchange Console. I checked on the website and is compatible with Windows XP SP 1 and I think it should work. Can anyone help me to fix this error ? Why is not working and why I have this error ?
Thank you !

To solve this issue follow these steps:
1. Verify that the “ConnectFunctions.ps1, RemoteExchange.ps1” and “CommonConnectFunctions.ps1” files are existing in the “%ExchangeInstallPath%bin” directory. If these file are missing copy the files from the Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 1 installation media to the “%ExchangeInstallPath%bin” directory. These files are existing in the “setupserverrolescommon” folder.
2. Right-click on the Desktop>>click “New”>>and click on “Shortcut”.
3. In the “Type the location of the item” type in the text below:
%SystemRoot%System32WindowsPowerShellv1.0powershell.exe -noexit -command ". '%ExchangeInstallPath%binRemoteExchange.ps1'; Connect-ExchangeServer -auto"
4. Name the shortcut “Exchange Management Shell” and click on “Finish”.
5. Right-click on the “Exchange Management Shell”>>click “Properties” and eliminate the text from “Start In” area on the “Shortcut”option.
6. Now click “Change Icon”, next click “Browse” and type in the text below:
“%SystemRoot%Installer{4934D1EA-BE46-48B1-8847-F1AF20E892C1}PowerShell.exe”
7. Select “Apply” and click “OK”
8. Replicate the New “Exchange Management Shell”shortcut to this location:
%systemdrive%ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsMicrosoft Exchange Server 2010
That’s all. Also you can get Exchange Management Console Troubleshooter from here.
