I really want to learn things about computer graphic designs.

It's a big plus for the website development company that I am currently working with.

Please give me some tips on how to draw digitally using mouse?

Are there any free opensource tools that I could use to improve my skills on this aspect?

Yes, there are various freeware applications on the web that helps you to improve your drawing skill.

Some of them are with little features; some of them are very complex and hard to work with.

I suggest you the Sketchup that fast, fun and beneficial open source application.

Download it and enjoy making drawings.
