Software for enhancing alphabet image through Unity 3D

I want the image for graphic design, with different styles to enhance the letters independently and with words. I know a number of photo programs but none concentrate on letter art. Is there a photo program that caters for  alphabets using Unity 3D?

Hi Christ,
 
You can use Adobe Photoshop in order to accomplish the output that you wanted.
Each letter should be done by layer so that you can customize anything you want on the letters independently. By doing this, the other letters are not affected to whatever designs you applied to each letter.
Remember, each letter should be by layer.
