I have problems in running Object Designer

Hello Guys, 

I have problems in running Object Designer. 

I have tried to open it by loading my license which I scanned. 

Instead of opening it, I am given this error message below.

I need your help badly.

There are errors in the text conversion because text no. 89-3257 does not exist in the .stx file.

Internal Error: 47-1

Hello John J Odonnell, It seems that you are seeing this error due to multiple localizations.

If this is so, you need to take the .stx and .etx from the localization you didn't use as base to install the NAV client/server/ Don't copy the .stx and .etx from another machine

I have problems in running Object Designer

Hi John,

This might have happened as you may have wrongly updated your object designer software.

You need to install latest and correct Hotfix for your client.

In order to download the appropriate Hotfix and the ways to install basis operating system you are currently running, and the current build of the application, kindly refer to the link .
