I am not able to open in the KM player

Hello All,

I wanted to download videos from youtube and watch in my computer, running with Win XP OS. But, I am not able to open in the KM player. I am getting an error message that subscription has expired.

Please help me in renewing it so that I can view the videos.

Hi Jean,

Of course, you should renew your KM player subscription. You should update your KM player in order to watch downloaded video with your KM player.

Please follow the below steps in order to update your KM player.

1. First open up your KM player application.

2. Right click on the KM player application.

3. Now you will find a lots of options. Please find the 'options tab' and click on it.

4. Now you can see the option 'check for updates'.

Please click on the check for updates and follow the instructions as it is coming up. At last you can successfully renew your subscription.
