While using Nokia firmware for my device I came across an error naming as “neither dp1.0 nor dp2.0 was found for the product.” How to fix this popup box?

Resolve Neither Dp1.0 Nor Dp2.0 Was Found For The Product Message

There are some steps to resolve this error.

Select suitable firmware for your phone.

Go to C drive then open Nokia -> Phoenix Software and create a folder in that destination with name RM-XXX(Where XXX is your cell’s RM number).

To know your RM, use ussd code *#0000#.

Above procedure will solve all your issues, and now it will detect the firmware.
