I had version 3.0 and then uninstalled it and got an error message Win64 not supported the author of the package. How to get over this problem?

Help Needed Win64 Not Supported The Author Of The Package. What Should Be Done?

One of the methods is by following these steps:

> Ensure the compatibility of the application and your computer. It could be that your computer doesn’t hold up x64.

> Go to the software and right-click on it. After that, choose “troubleshoot compatibility.” After that, choose “Start the program.”
