It has been a month now that employees in my business are looking for login credentials in  lync  2010 client.  But we are getting an error that UCS connectivity state exchange connection down, what should I do?

What To Do When UCS Connectivity State Exchange Connection Down

Lync is asking for login particulars since it cannot bond to the ‘Outlook.’ Make sure if your ‘Exchange Web Services’ are live and accessible. If not, wait for a moment until they are accessible for a second time.

This can either be the firewall or substitute concern. If it is a substitute concern, you will have to physically arrange substitute on every PC that’s having tribulations.
