I have been Microsoft Word from a few years now. I haven’t faced an error like this. I already have a word document saved on my local hard drive, now when I try to open the same to edit a few documents I get an access violation error message.
I am the Domain administrator and still I get an error message.

Your Microsoft Office Word might be damage or corrupted. Reinstallation of a clean Microsoft Office will help you solve the problem. But before doing the reinstallation process, you need to free your computer first from virus infection.
Scan your computer with the latest and updated anti-virus program to clean your computer from virus infection. Your Microsoft Office Word might be damaged due to virus infection that is why you need to clean your computer first.
Another reason of this is if your hard disk drives develops one or more bad sectors or cluster in your directory or file system area. Running a check disk or the CHKDSK will help you isolating the problem.

Hi dear,
This problem is occurring for two reasons. The first is a corrupted file. Check the package of the Office that you have installed. Remove the corrupted file if it exists. The second reason is your RAM. Check the RAM. Remove it from your motherboard and see if there is black carbon on the edges of the RAM. Remove the black carbon and put the RAM back into the slot, and try now. Your problem will be fixed.
Thanks.
