Resolve Error Code 1316 From My System

How can I get rid off from error code 1316. Can anybody help me to overcome this issue, why this fault coming into my computer system?

Resolve Error Code 1316 From My System

This issue Occur due to a network problem or the files left from the previous installer create a problem when you try to install new. To remove this bug, make sure that you have Windows installer and if it is not updated then update it. Also, unregister the Windows Installer and register it back or uninstall the application and install it back. Restart the computer after making any changes in your computer system.
