Hey, the steps for the 0x80070035 error code are as follows:

• First you need to turn on the NetBIOS and the TCP/IP too
• Now go to the control panel > internet and network > network connections
• Next right click for the connections and properties as well.
• Next go to TCP/IP in the list
• Now opt for its properties and click for its advanced as well
• Now go to the WINS tab
• Under that go to the NetBIOS > enable the NetBIOS > Ok.
