I had recently updated my PC after which my keyboard stopped working. I checked for the connectivity, but then it displayed device driver error. It gives Keyboard error code 19 having windows configuration error.

Windows Failed To Recognize Keyboard Error Code 19, Device Driver Error.

This error occurs when the installation of device drivers is not proper, or there are corrupted files in the Windows registry. Follow these steps to rectify the error:

1. If the error is due to the installation of new software or update, then uninstall the program and reinstall it systematically to identify the error. If the error continues then uninstall software.
2. If it is a device driver error, then uninstall the drivers of the keyboard and reinstall them. It will remove the corrupted files.
3. You can also reboot your system. Start the troubleshooting wizard to identify the errors.
